Young Senior Adult Outdoor Event Itinerary (4/10/2021)
Saturday – Andrews Park 201 W Daws St Norman OK, 73071 @11am-1pm
❖ 9:00am – Set up food and scavenger hunt stop areas with a marker indication.
➢ Check-ins’ will be at the scavenger hunt table located at the North breeze way
of Andrew’s building.
❖ 9:45 am – OU volunteers arrive and check-in. OU Volunteers sign up for a game/food
service/scavenger hunt position. Instructions and rules of position. Group picture. Set up
games and sponsor tables in designated areas. Chalk Amphitheater with scavenger hunt
question.
➢ (12:00pm): Food will be delivered to each station. Volunteers need to stay at
their designated game.
❖ 10:00am-10:30am – Sponsors check-in and decorate tables with business information at
designated table/game areas. Sponsors will be given instructions for the scavenger hunt
game: (6. Say hello and get some information from one of our many sponsors. Take one
dice from one of our sponsors as a token to be used at the end of the scavenger hunt.)
➢ Ceramics volunteers check-in
➢ 12:15: Food will be served to each sponsor
❖ 10:30am-10:45 – Mingle time
❖ 11:00am – SHOW TIME
❖ 11:15am – Francis Brown (line dancing)
❖ 11:30am – Break (free exercise floor)
❖ 11:45am – Karsyn Miller (exercise session: step up boxes)
❖ 12:00pm – Break (free exercise floor)
❖ 12:15pm – Karsyn Miller (exercise session: upper body, lower body)
❖ 12:30pm – Break (free exercise floor), break down of food
❖ 12:45pm – Karsyn Miller (exercise session: full body)
❖ 1:00pm – WIND DOWN
❖ 1:15pm – Clean up
❖ 1:30pm – OU volunteers turn in game equipment to check in table
❖ 2:00pm – Double check clean up
